1, Description
Ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, driven by an outer gear, two warehouses, and a lattice type ball mill.
When the ball mill rotates and oscillates at high speed, the grinding balls in the ball mill tank form a large high-frequency impact and friction force on the material under the action of the inertial force, and the material is quickly ground.

3, Product advantages
1. The ball mill particle size of the mill is uniform, and the discharging particle size is more uniform.
2. The particle size of the mill's discharge can be adjusted according to customer needs. There is a fineness control device inside, and a screening device can be added to the discharge to ensure that neither over-grinding nor unqualified products are mixed into the finished product.
3. The mill first grinds the coarse material, and then grinds the smaller ore particles, thus reducing the over-grinding phenomenon.
4, Working principle
The ball mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotating part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electric control) and other main parts. The hollow shaft is made of cast steel, the inner lining can be removed and replaced, the large rotary gear is processed by casting gear hobbing, and the cylinder is inlaid with a wear-resistant lining plate, which has good wear resistance. The machine runs smoothly and works reliably.
According to the material and ore discharge method, dry ball mill and wet grid ball mill can be selected.
